Virgin HDPE shade net is made of 100% new high-density polyethylene raw material with imported UV anti-aging additives. The texture is uniform, the wire diameter is stable, and the weaving density reaches the standard strictly. It can resist long-term high temperature, strong ultraviolet radiation and bad weather outdoors. The normal service life is 3 to 5 years.

Recycled material shade net is processed from waste plastic nets and plastic scraps. The raw materials are mixed and unstable. Although the selling price is cheap, the net body is easy to deform, loose thread and fade after one or two seasons of use. In high temperature summer or strong wind weather, recycled nets are easy to break and cannot provide stable shading and crop protection effect.

Another obvious difference is color and flexibility. Virgin HDPE shade net has bright and uniform color, soft texture and strong toughness, and will not harden in cold winter. Recycled nets are dull in color, hard and brittle, and are easy to crack when pulled slightly.
